Yoga at The Little Village
We’re so excited to launch our yoga sessions this summer. Not only is yoga beneficial for adults, but has wonderful benefits for kiddos as well. It can help them calm their bodies down in the evening (or when they’re feeling a little too squirrely during the daytime) or energize them for a fun-filled day of play.
We have two classes to choose from - Yoga Bugs and Baby + Me Yoga. Both classes will be held on the turf.

Yoga Bugs: (kids & family yoga)
Mondays 1:30pm
A FUNky mix of yoga and family. The class creatively introduces postures, breathing and yoga to families. We float, grow, and balance through a dynamic fun centered class that builds connections, confidence, strength and serenity. We will practice exercises that build mental, physical, and communication skills. Ending the class with a final relaxation and valuable rest moment for all. Kiddos are able to participate by themselves as well (grab a coffee and relax, if you wish!).
Baby + Me Yoga (6 weeks-1.5 years):
(parent, grandparent or auntie/uncle, caregiver and baby yoga)
Tuesdays 9:00am
A gentle, joyful yoga class. We begin by centering and breathing together, progress into friendly yoga poses that include holding your baby and interacting with them on the mat, followed by peaceful, easy relaxation and community & connections time.
