Discovery Buddies: Winter

Service Description

In our Buddies program, tiny humans, with the help of their parents and caregivers, will learn through play over a 45-minute class. We’ll explore cause and effect, create mini-worlds through sensory play, engage in science experiments, and adventure outside, when possible. Buddies is a 45-minute creative playgroup for children and their caregivers that promotes social-emotional learning. Kiddos play together with the same group of friends while parents mingle and make connections of their own. For two- and three-year-olds. New activities each week! Winter Dates January 8 January 15 January 22 January 29 February 5 February 12 This program is in six sessions to help kiddos (and parents) connect. It’s easier for children to open up and make new friends when they see each other weekly. Plus, they'll love going to "their class"! Each class also includes Open Play after class. If you can't make a class or need to miss one for a vacation, you can roll that class into the next season's Buddies program. Please note that only one class may be rolled over. Please let us know ahead of the class you will be missing to get your credit (no-shows won't be able to be credited). The age groups in this class have a wide range of developmental abilities. Activities are able to be modified to meet participants where they're at.
