Party Room Rental

Service Description

A great option for smaller parties who want a private party room to serve food and/or open presents. Includes: - Party room rental for 3 hours. Please note, your 3 hours INCLUDES set up and clean up. Please plan your guest arrival in accordance with your needed set up time. - Included play for 10 kiddos - Additional kiddos may be added for $10/child up to 12 children with max room occupancy of 20 people. - Total guest count must be 20 people (or under) including kids, adults, and babies. Please note: we are not able to increase the total guest count for the Party Room Rental. - Vertical white plank cake table backdrop (may upgrade to a themed backdrop package). - Mini-water bottles for kiddo tables - Filtered water carafe and cups - Choice of 1 pot of brewed coffee or pitcher of iced tea (café will be open for additional beverage needs) - Craft paper covers for kiddo tables. - White paper plates (20ct) - White napkins (20ct) - Plastic utensils - May bring in your own food/drinks (nut-free). All food/drink not purchased from The Little Village cafe must stay in the party room. Plus: - Special gift for birthday kiddo - Host(s) receive complimentary specialty cafe beverage (up to 2) - 10% off retail day for hosts and guests on day of party. You can decorate the room however you wish (as long as no damage is done to walls) or choose an awesome party package and we’ll do the decorating for you!
