Duties vary by position

General job duties include:

• Working with young children (ages 0-6)  

• Facilitating play opportunities - engaging children in storytime, snowball fights, box fort building, magnet wall experiments, adventures…you know, the fun stuff!

• Coordinating/Creating art or tinker classes and workshops

• Checking in guests and welcoming them into the space

• Assisting with store events like movie “night”, member celebrations, baby and me yoga

• Assisting hosts with birthday parties and events

• Cleaning and picking up (so many toys!)

• Making and serving coffee and food items

• Assisting retail customers and working on displays

Ideal candidates may possess some of the following skillsets/experiences. Of course, this is not a one-size fits all kind of space; so please apply if interested and able to perform above job duties.

• Fun-loving personality

• Love of children's literature

• Musical aptitude

• Ability to be silly

• Creativity and a love of design

• Yoga or early childhood physical health experience

• Theater design or acting background/schooling

• Early education background/ schooling

• Coffee shop experience

 

All employees will need to pass a background check. We are not looking for traffic violations; so don’t worry about that stop sign incident.
